- Mannfred is being flanked by Draven Von Carstein and Darius Von Carstein during dinner
- Draven and Darius are very tense and jumpy, especially around the children considering that Isolde was recently taken
- Mannfred doesn't have much of an appetite during dinner, but he's very excited and talkative
- Gregor Sonbeinn and Timothious have sugar for the first time
- Mannfred leads the party to a side room to "discuss business" after the children go to bed
- Mannfred gives us a Letter of Approval
- Mannfred has a private conversation with Temperance Caddel

- they intrude upon a room with a palpable odor and black smoke emanating from the door
- they hide under the bed when footsteps approach, and Gregor starts feeling up a bunch of bones with patterns and writings on them
- the room's owner knows that someone is hiding in the room, but he doesn't know who
- a necromantic skull starts glowing green eyes
- they escape without being seen
- they tell Rio about what they've been up to
- it was Draven's room
- at dinner, Draven is very suspicious about Gregor and Temperance
- the skull at his waist flashes green eyes when he's by Temperance, and they dim when around Gregor
- if the party wants to send a letter here, they need to address it to Mannfred Von Carstein at Castle Von Carstein
- the party is Sent back to Ravensrest
